Print Barcodes

To Print Barcodes in the POS system, follow these steps:

  • Go to the side menu bar.
  • Select Products from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on Print Barcodes which will open a new page.

Select Barcode Format:

At the top of the page, you will see a field labeled Format. Here, you can select the appropriate label size for your barcode printer from the following dropdown options: - Zebra Printer 4 x 2 Labels - Zebra Printer 2.25 x 1 Labels - Zebra Printer 1 x 0.5 Labels - Letter Size 4 x 2 Labels

Show Price Selection:

In the Show dropdown, you can specify which price will be displayed on the barcode: - Price A to E: Various predefined price levels. - Suggested Retail Price: Display the product’s suggested retail price. - Packaging: Shows information related to the product packaging. - None: No price information will be shown on the barcode.

Under Barcode Field:

Next, in the Under Barcode dropdown, you can choose which identifier will appear with the barcode: - Barcode Number: The product's assigned barcode. - Product ID: The internal ID assigned to the product.

Selecting Products

  • Search for a product by scanning a barcode, entering the product code, or typing the product name.
  • Use the magnifying glass icon to advance search for a product by its name, description & barcode.
  • Add a New Product (+ Icon): To add a new product, click the + sign next to the search icon, which allows you to enter product details manually.
  • Lookup: Search for a product by its category
  • After selecting a product, its details name, description, barcode, and price will appear on the screen.
  • You can specify the quantity of barcodes to print in the Print Qty field.

Edit or Remove Products:

  • Edit Product: Click the yellow pencil icon to make changes to the product information before printing the barcode.
  • Remove Product: Click the blue trash icon to remove the product if selected in error.
  • After adding the desired products, click Print Barcodes to generate the barcode labels.
  • If you need to start over, click Reset to clear the current selections.

Once you click Print Barcodes, a new window will open with a preview of the barcode labels. Print Barcode Preview The barcode label will display the following information: - Product Name - Product Description - Price - Quantity - Barcode Number - Units

Print: Use the print icon at the top-right corner of the screen to print the barcode labels.

Save: You can also save the barcode as a PDF format on your system settings.

This completes the barcode printing process, ensuring your barcodes are ready for labeling & inventory management.
