Generate Report - External Rewards Program Report

The External Rewards Program Report is a valuable tool for tracking customer participation in external rewards programs. With this report, businesses can ensure accurate tracking of rewards and maintain transparency in their loyalty initiatives.

  1. Access the Report Section:
  2. Navigate to the Reports section of your dashboard.
  3. Select Generate Report from the list of available reports.

  4. Define the Report Parameters:

  5. Category: Ensure that Customer is selected as the category.
  6. Report: Choose External Reward Program Report from the report options.
  7. Report Description: This report gives a complete overview of customer data and their participation in external reward programs, providing details like amounts, rates, and rebates, so you can keep track of the total rebates earned by customers in these programs.

  8. Set Date and Time Range:

  9. In the Start Date and End Date fields, specify the date range for the report.
  10. Optionally, set specific times using the Start Time and End Time fields.
  11. You may also use present options such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Last Year for convenience.

  12. Generate the Report:

  13. After completing all selections, click the Submit button.

Understanding the Report Output

The External Reward Program Report provides the following details: - Rewards Member ID : Unique ID assigned to the customer enrolled in the external rewards program. - Customer : Name of the customer participating in the rewards program. - Address : Address of the customer. - Cigarette Quantity : Total quantity of cigarettes purchased by the customer during the period. - Rate : The rebate rate for cigarette purchases. - Cigarette Rebate : Total rebate earned on cigarette purchases. - Other Purchase : Amount spent by the customer on non-cigarette items. - Rate : The rebate rate for other purchases. - Other Rebate : Total rebate earned on other purchases. - Total Rebate : Sum of all rebates earned by the customer during the period.

Export and Print Options:

  • Adjust visible columns to tailor the report display using the Columns button.
  • Use the Export button to download the report in Excel format.
  • Click the Print button for a hard copy of the report.
