Generate Report

Generate Report

To generate reports in IK Tech POS system, follow these steps:

  • Go to the side menu bar.
  • Select Reports from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on Generate Reports to open a new page.

Select Category:

At the top of the page, select the appropriate category from the dropdown options:

  • All Reports
  • Sales
  • Income Statement
  • Products
  • Suppliers
  • Customers
  • Tax

Select Report:

Choose any report based on your selected category.

Sales Categgory Report:

  1. Sales Report: Daily sales, profit margins, costs, and tax data by date.
  2. Sales by Category Report: Sales data by product category with revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
  3. Sales by Product Report: Daily sales, profit margins, costs, and tax data by product.
  4. Sales by Discount Report: Overview of products sold on discount.
  5. Sales by Sales Representative Report: Sales data organized by sales representative.
  6. Settlement Report: Date-wise breakdown of sales data with customer and payment details.
  7. Daily Cash Flow Summary Report: Daily transactions with total sales, payments, and AR balances.
  8. Daily Inventory Summary Report: Daily inventory activity with quantities sold and purchased.
  9. Payment Method Summary Report: Total payments received by payment method.
  10. Summary Report: Comprehensive overview of sales, returns, costs, and revenue.
  11. Account Receivable for Date Report: Overview of outstanding accounts receivable balances.
  12. Account Payable for Date Report: Overview of outstanding accounts payable balances.
  13. Credit Card Report: Overview of credit card sales.
  14. Sales Tax Report: Amount of tax collected over a period.
  15. Sales by Customer Report: Tax collected for a specific customer.

Income Statement Category Report:

  1. Profit & Loss Report: Graphical and tabular summary of purchases, sales, inventory, and expenses for a specific period.

Product Category Reports:

  1. Product Ledger:** Detailed record of product transactions with dates, types, and quantities.
  2. Product Sales History: Overview of product sales history with details and customer info.
  3. Product Purchase History: Record of product purchases with costs and supplier details.
  4. Inventory Summary Report: Overview of product sales and purchases with quantities and costs.
  5. Inventory Summary for Date Report: Historical inventory levels over time.
  6. Top Products Report: Highlights top-selling and most profitable products.
  7. Attendance Report: Highlights attendance records.

Supplier Category Reports:

  1. Supplier Ledger: Account balances and transaction amounts for suppliers.
  2. Supplier Purchase Summary Report: Overview of purchases from different suppliers.

Customer Category Reports:

  1. Customer Ledger: Complete view of each customer’s financial transactions.
  2. Customer Documents Reports: Data about customers and their related documents.
  3. Customer Sales Summary Report: Account of sales attributed to each customer.
  4. Category Summary Report: Information about various product categories.
  5. External Reward Program Report: Overview of customer participation in external reward programs.
  6. Customer Velocity Report: Overview of customers’ purchase activity.
  7. Post-dated Check Report: Summary of checks due on a specific date.

Tax Category Reports:

  1. Texas State Tobacco Report: Insights into tobacco products sold for Texas reporting.
  2. Arkansas State Tobacco Report: Insights into tobacco products sold for Arkansas reporting.
  3. Tobacco Tax Report: Summary of tax obligations based on the cost of goods sold.
  4. MSA Report: Downloadable report with product information and stock levels.

Reporting Dates & Time:

Select start and end dates and times for reports, or choose predefined periods like today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, and last year. Click the All button to see all reports, then click Submit to generate report.
