Generate Report – Supplier Ledger
The Supplier Ledger report provides a comprehensive overview of supplier-related transactions. It includes the starting
and ending account balances, transaction amounts for payments and purchases, and details organized by date and type.
1. Access the Report Section
- Navigate to the
Reportssection of your dashboard. - Select
Generate Reportfrom the list of available reports.
2. Define the Report Parameters:
- Category: Ensure that
Supplieris selected as the category. - Report: Choose
Supplier Ledgerfrom the report options. - Report Description: This report highlights the attendance of the users. It presents user's start time and date and end time and date.
3. Set Date and Time Range
- In the
Start DateandEnd Datefields, specify the date range for the report. - Optionally, set specific times using the
Start TimeandEnd Timefields. - You may also use present options such as
Today,Yesterday,This Week,Last Week,This Month,Last Month,This Year, orLast Yearfor convenience. - For a complete dataset, click
All.
4. Select Supplier (optional)
Use the Supplier dropdown to select the specific supplier for the report. If no supplier is chosen, the report will display data for all suppliers.
5. Generate the Report
- After completing all selections, click the
Submitbutton.
Understanding the Supplier Ledger:
The generated report displays the following details: - Date - Type - Purchase - ID - Reference - Amount - Account Balance
Export and Print Options:
- Use the
Exportbutton to download the report in Excel format. - Click the
Printbutton for a hard copy of the report. - Adjust visible columns to tailor the report display using the
Columnsbutton.
